Each time sovereigns voluntarily associate — individuals into Circles, Circles into communities, communities into bioregions — a new commons comes into being, governed by its own Field of Agreements, protected by its own Selectively Permeable Membrane, and resourced by the voluntary contributions of its sovereign members.
The Lionsberg Commons is the commons that operates at the highest level of abstraction — the planetary commons in service of ONE and All. It is resourced by the voluntary contributions of every federated level beneath it. It belongs to no individual, no organization, and no nation. It belongs to the Whole.
