Lionsberg Time Currency is earned in exchange for Work that is shipped and incorporated into Lionsberg, that advances the Critical Path / Critical Chain that governs Throughput of The Goal.
Individuals can exchange time currency with IPD Teams or Groups in 15 minute increments, up to 32 units (8 hours) per day.
Each unit of time currency is rated by the Individual on a scale of 1 to 10 corresponding to level of skill / abstraction / creativity present in the Work
