Form A Circle

No one was meant to walk this path alone.
Not in The Caves. Not Outside them.
Not ever.

The basic unit of the New Civilization is not the individual.
It is the Circle — a small band of sovereign souls
Who choose to see, to serve, and to build together.

This is how every great movement in history has begun:
Not with institutions. Not with campaigns.
With a few committed people in a room,
Deciding that the world they long for
Is the world they will co-create.

Your Circle is the first living cell of Heaven On Earth.

Who to Gather

You do not need to convince anyone. You need to find them.

Look around your life. There are 2 to 4 people — maybe more — who already sense what you sense. They feel the urgency. They see the cracks in the Old World. They are searching for others who understand.

These are the ones.

  • They do not need to share your politics, your religion, or your background.
  • They need to share your recognition — that something profound is underway, and that we must rise to meet it together.
  • They need to be willing to show up and commit.

Start with who is in front of you. Three is enough to begin. Twelve is the natural upper limit before a Circle should divide and multiply. Five to seven is ideal.

Share the Seed

Once you have identified your resonant souls, share The Invitation. Give them the Golden Seed — the core readings that illuminate the Story, the Game, and the Way. Read together. Let the words land. Let questions arise.

Do not argue anyone into participation.
Attraction, not promotion.
Those who are meant to walk with you will recognize it immediately.

Establish Your Field of Agreements

Every living Circle is held together by a Field of Agreements — a simple, shared covenant that makes trust possible and coordination real.

Sit together and articulate:

  • Purpose — What is this Circle for? It must align with The Goal: the progressive realization of Heaven On Earth, for the Good of All.
  • Principles — What values do we commit to embody? Truth, Love, Justice, Stewardship, Wisdom — name the ones that burn brightest for your group.
  • Practices — How often do we meet? How do we make decisions? How do we hold one another accountable?
  • Boundaries — Who is in the Circle? How do new members join? What behaviors are outside our agreements?
  • Commitments — What does each person commit to contribute? Time, energy, presence, specific gifts?

Keep it simple. Two to five agreements are enough to begin. You can always deepen them as you grow. What matters is that they are spoken aloud and agreed upon — not assumed.

Elect Two Coordinators

Not bosses. Not managers. Servant-leaders who keep the Circle functioning — ensuring meetings happen, communications flow, and no one falls through the cracks.

The instruction is ancient and proven: Organize a group to do something. Elect two coordinators. Begin.

Two, not one — so the weight is shared, so neither carries it alone, so accountability has a witness. Rotate these roles as the Circle matures and new gifts emerge.

Begin Meeting Regularly

Weekly at minimum. In person when possible. By video when geography demands it. Consistency matters more than perfection.

Open every gathering with The First Practice — the shared rhythm of pausing, grounding, breathing, remembering, realigning, and recommitting. This is the heartbeat. Without it, you are a committee. With it, you are a living cell of the New.

A Circle is not a discussion group.
A Circle is not a support group.
A Circle is a complete, self-governing expression of the New Civilization at human scale — sovereign beings learning to love, trust, decide, and build together.

It is the smallest fractal of the Whole that contains the full pattern.

What Makes a Circle Alive

A Circle is alive when its members:

  • Show up — consistently, vulnerably, ready to work
  • Do real work — a Quest that transforms, not just conversation
  • Hold each other — in truth, in love, in accountability
  • Grow — through reflection, learning, and deepening trust
  • Multiply — by passing the Flame and helping new Circles form

A Circle that only meets but never acts is a study group.
A Circle that acts but never reflects is a task force.
A Circle that does both — and multiplies — is a living cell of Heaven On Earth.

Your Circle is formed.
The covenant is spoken.
The coordinators are chosen.
The rhythm has begun.

Now it is time to give your Circle its first body of meaningful work.

The next play is Choose A Quest.
