Connect and Collaborate With Other Circles

You are not alone in this.
Across your city, your region, your world —
other Circles are forming, other Quests are underway.
The movement grows when these living cells find each other.

Make Your Circle Visible

The first step is the simplest: let others know you exist.

Share your Circle's name, your Quest, your general location, and a way to reach you in the Commons — the shared directory where Circles, Guilds, and communities make themselves known.

You do not need to share everything. You need to share enough — enough for another Circle to recognize shared purpose and reach out.

A Circle that remains invisible remains isolated. A Circle that makes itself visible becomes a node in a growing network.

Discover Other Circles

Finding other Circles is not a bureaucratic process. It is organic. It is relational.

  • Explore the directory — browse the Commons for Circles near you or aligned with your domain
  • Ask your network — the people in your Circle already know people in other Circles, even if they do not yet realize it
  • Attend seasonal gatherings — regional and global convocations where Circles come together for celebration, retrospection, and renewal
  • Follow the Quests — when you see work being done in your community that resonates, trace it back to its source; there is almost certainly a Circle behind it
  • Pass The Flame — every time someone passes the invitation forward, new connections form naturally

Establish Communication

Once you find another Circle, establish a channel. It does not need to be sophisticated. It needs to be reliable and trusted.

  • In-person — nothing replaces face-to-face contact; meet for a meal, a walk, a shared work day
  • Simple messaging — a shared Signal group, a Matrix channel, a text thread
  • Regular rhythm — a monthly check-in between coordinators is enough to maintain living connection
  • Honesty from the start — share what you are working on, what you need, what you can offer

Communication between Circles is not reporting. It is relationship. Treat it as you would a friendship between households — warm, honest, practical, and sustained over time.

Collaborate on Quests

This is where connection becomes co-creation.

When two or more Circles discover complementary Quests — where one Circle's strengths meet another Circle's needs, or where separate efforts would be more powerful combined — collaboration becomes natural.

  • Identify overlap — where are your Quests headed in the same direction?
  • Share resources — tools, knowledge, contacts, labor, funding
  • Coordinate timing — align your rhythms so that efforts reinforce rather than conflict
  • Offer and request help — a Circle that asks for help is not weak; it is wise
  • Celebrate together — shared victories deepen the bonds between Circles

Collaboration is not merger. Each Circle retains its sovereignty, its own Field of Agreements, its own internal life. Collaboration is two living cells working side by side — each whole, each contributing something the other cannot.

The Movement Grows Through Trust

The Great Game does not grow through central coordination, marketing campaigns, or institutional directives. It grows through trust-based networks of Circles recognizing shared purpose.

One Circle finds another. They share a meal. They discover their Quests are complementary. They begin to coordinate. Their members pass the Flame to others. New Circles form. The network thickens.

This is how 3 become 13 become 144 become millions.

Not through control. Through connection.
Not through hierarchy. Through resonance.
Not through force. Through the ancient, organic mathematics of trust.

Reach out. Make yourself known. Find the others. The Body is assembling itself — and your Circle is part of it.
