The slice is heavy in the Ca-Co cluster (Case Studies, Citizen, Circle, Co-Creation, Co-Operation, Commons, Community, Complex/Complexity, Consciousness, Continuous Improvement) which is one of the densest semantic neighborhoods of the wiki. It also catches three substantial veins running through this range:

1. The disclosure / cosmic-realities vein (Bob Dean, Bill Uhouse, Clifford Stone, David Grusch, Daniel Sheehan, CIA and NATO Insights on Multiple Extraterrestrial Civilizations, Caution On the Powerful Creatures from Above, Controlled Disclosure Marches Towards Its Peak, Cosmic Wildlife) — voice-memo-density material, dense with the nameless one perspective.
2. The Pirsig-card pattern-stack — small definition cards mapping the Lexicon's connective tissue: Better, Bottom Up, Chaos, Chaotic, Complex, Complicated, Citizens, Clarity, Compassion, Courage, Cleanliness, Conscientiousness, Curiosity, Creativity, Competence. These are the small joists holding the value/virtue architecture together.
3. The Playbook root-pages, which are already polished, voiced, and Pattern-Language ready: Choose A Quest, Choose Your Roles, Circle of Circles and Team of Teams, Co-Create LIONSBERG Learning Institutions, Connect and Collaborate With Other Circles, Continuously Improve Everything. These are the most mature pages in the slice and read as Card-ready Pirsig pieces.

File sizes ranged from 3-line URL stubs (BioFi Project, Bhutanese National Happiness Index, Blaise Pascal, Black Panther Party Free Breakfast Program, COINTELPRO, CosmoLocalism, Countries By Population, Daniel Schmachtenberger) up to multi-thousand-word case studies (Case Study - Precision Measurement, Living Systems Data, and Regenerative Insurance, Case Study - Palouse, Case Study - Soft Franchises - Business In A Box).

Refinement Cards:

• Co-Creation — clean Pirsig-stub form (Co-Creation.md). Use this as canonical.
• Co-Operation — adds the 9-stage progression to Oneness through Love.
• Collaboration — adds "no walls between disciplines" and "one program, one intention, one vision" framings.
• Collapse — adds the dual-nature framing (descent-into-chaos vs opportunity-for-transcendence) and the "Final Test stage" claim.
• Compassion / Courage / Curiosity / Creativity / Cleanliness / Conscientiousness / Competence / Clarity — these eight virtue cards form a coherent Values micro-cluster, all in 1-2 paragraph Pirsig form. Refinement: re-articulate each through universal voice (not therapeutic register) and link as a virtue constellation.
• Circle / Circles — two cards on same concept. Circle (singular) is the more recent, more architecturally precise; Circles (plural) is the older Playbook page. Refinement opportunity: merge or clearly differentiate.
• Complex / Complicated / Chaotic — the Cynefin-adjacent triplet; should be Card'd as a single ordered set with Adaptive, Emergence, Resilience, Anti-Fragility.
• Commander's Intent — currently a redirect; could be its own first-class Card (Auftragstaktik / mission-orders pattern is foundational to LIONSBERG's decentralization).
• Commitment-Based Management + Network of Commitments + Conditions of Satisfaction — the trio. Refinement: extract Conditions of Satisfaction as a stand-alone Card (it appears in Conditions of Satisfaction for System of Governance and is implied repeatedly).
• Continuous Improvement — three sibling cards (Continuous Improvement, Continuous Learning And Improvement, Continuously Improve Everything) all live in the slice. Refinement: collapse the trio. The Playbook version (Continuously Improve Everything) is the most mature articulation; the other two should redirect.
• Creator / Creator's Intent / Central Animating Spirit — three closely related Cards that need careful differentiation; Central Animating Spirit is the freshest articulation and most universal-voice-compliant.
• Citizen-Led Self-Governance — strong articulation; refines existing Citizen-Led card with the fractal Individual → Circle → Community → Bioregion → Planetary structure.
• Cross The Chasm — overlaps with the Caves-narrative arc; could be elevated to a high-resolution Card on "the great threshold."
• Cultivating Healthy Interdependencies — strong Card-stub for the Interdependency principle.
• Choose A Quest — already Card-ready, but should be cross-linked with all the Quest-related concepts (Quest, Your First Quest, Spiral of Quests).
• Buckminster Fuller — refinement: re-frame as a kindred-spirit Card focused on "Design Science Revolution" and "Livingry" — concepts worth Carding in their own right (Livingry, Design Science Revolution).

These are not strictly duplicates, but they are reference-stubs rather than Cards. The disclosure-witness Cards (Bill Uhouse, Bob Dean, Clifford Stone, David Grusch, Daniel Sheehan) form a kindred-spirit constellation that could be consolidated into one Card titled something like "Witnesses to the Non-Human Reality" or "The Officers, Lawyers, and Sergeants Who Spoke" with each individual as a sub-section. Same logic for the Schmachtenberger / Pascal / Fuller / etc. references — these are kindred-spirits, not standalone concepts.

These should either be promoted or pruned. The placeholder pattern adds noise to navigation.

Coherence observations:

1. The Ca-Co semantic neighborhood is the wiki's densest concept cluster. The range alphabetically covered here is roughly the Lexicon's most foundational tier: Circle, Commons, Community, Commitment, Communication, Co-Creation, Co-Operation, Collapse, Collaboration. If the Volumes need a "civic-architecture concentrate," it lives here.

2. The wiki's Pirsig-card maturity is bimodal. Some pages (Choose A Quest, Choose Your Roles, Connect and Collaborate With Other Circles, Continuously Improve Everything, Co-Create LIONSBERG Learning Institutions, Circle, Central Animating Spirit, Capital Subordinate To Purpose) are fully voiced, sacred-and-practical, ready for the Sacred Codex with minor edits. Others (Better, Bottom Up, Compassion, Cleanliness, Conscientiousness) are single-paragraph stubs that are technically correct but devoid of voice. The Phase-3 fold should not flatten this bimodality — small Cards and large Cards both belong.

3. Three Cardable concepts hide inside "Capital Subordinate To Purpose" as one document: (a) the architectural principle "capital serves, never governs," (b) Graham Boyd's ownership-as-deepest-attractor insight, (c) the Mondragon evidence-stack, (d) the Lionsberg implementation (Time Currency, LUV, Voluntary Tithing, Fractal Commonsing). Each is fold-worthy alone. The current page is dense in the best sense and could spawn 3-4 sibling Cards.

4. The Disclosure / Cosmic Wildlife thread needs editorial discipline. Bob Dean, Bill Uhouse, Clifford Stone, Daniel Sheehan, David Grusch, CIA and NATO Insights…, Caution On the Powerful Creatures from Above, Controlled Disclosure Marches Towards Its Peak constitute a major thread in the wiki, and several of these pages flirt with source-elevation and species-as-enemy framing that the Cosmic Wildlife principle explicitly forbids. Specifically: Caution On the Powerful Creatures from Above contains language treating "the powerful ones" as a species essence (Elohim) rather than as factions. This is a coherence-edit opportunity for Phase 2.8 — re-voice as "factions of cosmic wildlife including humans" rather than "those creatures vs us."

5. The Citizen-Led cluster is articulated extremely well but scattered. Citizen Led, Citizen Led Self-Governance, Citizen Led Response, Citizen Led Public Private Partnership, Citizens, Citizens of Goodwill form a five-card constellation that needs a single index/parent page. The pieces are excellent; the navigation is implicit.

6. The Pattern Language has a hidden meta-structure here. Each major Element of the 12 Elements seems to have generated a cluster of Cards in the Ca-Co range:

   • Element 2 (Holofractal Omnifederation): Circle, Circles, Circle of Circles and Team of Teams, Community of Communities, Communities
   • Element 3 (Field of Agreements): Consent, Covenant Relationship, Constitution
   • Element 4 (Governance): Citizen Led Self-Governance, Conditions of Satisfaction For System Of Governance, Constitutional Amendments, Commander's Intent, Campaigning and Making Promises
   • Element 5 (Capital Subordinate): Capital Subordinate To Purpose, Commons, Commonwealth, Cooperation Vs. Competition, Core Enterprise
   • Element 6 (Education): Co-Create LIONSBERG Learning Institutions, Capacity Building, Catalytic Resources, Current Best Understanding, Continuous Learning And Improvement
   • Element 7 (Communication/Culture): Communication, Collective Notetaking, Collaboration, Bottom Line Up Front
   • Element 8 (Structural Immunity): Concretizing The Absolute (idolatry as failure mode), Cultivating Healthy Interdependencies
   • Element 11 (Network of Commitments): Commitment Based Management, Commitments, Blocked Time
   • Element 12 (Continuous Improvement): Continuous Improvement, Continuous Learning And Improvement, Continuously Improve Everything, Cultivating The Green Shoots

   This implicit structure is real and should be honored when Phase 3 folds.

7. "Conditions" is a buried Card-meta-term. It appears in: Conditions of Satisfaction, Conditions of Satisfaction For System Of Governance, Total Nested Hierarchy of Conditions, Cultivating The Green Shoots (different conditions for each Stage of Development), Covenant Relationship (conditions for the relationship). This is one of those LIONSBERG cross-cutting verbs that probably deserves a meta-Card.

8. Case Studies operate at the right Pirsig grain for "proof-of-concept" cards. The five Case Studies in this range (Kiva Pilgrimage, Palouse, Precision Measurement / Living Systems Data, Soft Franchises / Business In A Box, Transcription and Translation) demonstrate the system across very different scales — global indigenous pilgrimage, regional food-system transformation, planetary data infrastructure, intrapreneurial federation, micro-workflow problem-solving. They serve as evidence-cards. For the Sacred Codex, they may belong as appendices to the relevant Volumes rather than as primary Cards.

9. The voice is uneven across this range. Some pages voice the LIONSBERG register cleanly (Choose A Quest, Central Animating Spirit, Continuously Improve Everything). Others retain the older "the Receiver recognized…" or "In the context of the LIONSBERG System…" patterns that read as scaffolding rather than as final voice. Phase 2.8 voice-pass needed.

10. Many cards over-link. Some Cards like Cultivating Healthy Interdependencies have wiki links on most concept-words. This is correct for hypertext but visually noisy on a printed page. The Sacred Codex fold may want a "link-density" style guide — Cards in the bound volume probably show ~5-15 hot-links, not 30+.

Files that struck you:

• Central Animating Spirit.md — One of the most quietly powerful Cards in the slice. Single sentence: "If the Spirit is right, the Pattern will emerge. If the Spirit is absent, no Pattern can save us." This is the Ring-0 articulation and should be canonical.
• Capital Subordinate To Purpose.md — The clearest articulation of the structural-DNA insight I've seen in the wiki. Graham Boyd's framing ("the ownership structure of an organization is the deepest attractor in the system") is load-bearing. This page is fold-ready.
• Choose Your Roles.md — The Archetypal Constellations passage (Keepers, Pathfinders, Guardians, Weavers, Voices, Healers, Builders, Visionaries, Integrators) is a near-perfect Pirsig card on its own. Universal, beautifully voiced, no source-elevation.
• Caution On the Powerful Creatures from Above.md — The most provocative Card in the slice and the one most at risk of breaking Cosmic Wildlife voice discipline. The page contains real, important content (the pattern across hundreds of tribes of "do-not-image-or-name" creatures) but the framing treats Elohim as essence-of-evil rather than as one faction within Cosmic Wildlife. Edit-target for Phase 2.8.
• Controlled Disclosure Marches Towards Its Peak.md — The counter-clock to the 7-Year Window: the Dark Empire's own stated 2026-2030 timeline. This is structurally important — it tells the reader that the urgency in the Mission isn't paranoia, it's response to a publicly-disclosed adversarial timetable.
• Co-Create LIONSBERG Learning Institutions.md — The Sirimiri passage (light rain over time, 2-3 years to make a soul free) is one of the most quietly beautiful articulations of the formation paradigm. Library / University-as-Dojo / Mentorship Network is a clean tripartite Card-stack.
• Continuously Improve Everything.md — DPDCA (with Discern preceding Plan) is a real refinement of PDCA. The "Every defect is a gift" cultural framing is Card-worthy on its own.
• Case Study - Soft Franchises - Business In A Box.md — Contains the most concrete operational architecture in the slice: 1,000 Heroes → Soft Franchises → Confederation → LUV + Fiat + Community Development Fund + Wisdom Council + Capital Council. Read as a single piece, this is essentially the operational spec for the economic pillar of the New Civilization.
• Commons.md — The Fractal Commonsing articulation is fundamental and may be the most important single conceptual move in the wiki: every voluntary association brings Domain + Membrane + Field of Agreements + Commons into being simultaneously. This generalizes the federation logic from any-scale to all-scale.
• Buckminster Fuller.md — More than a kindred-spirit page. The Livingry/Design-Science-Revolution articulation is structurally aligned with LIONSBERG and could anchor a "Predecessors and Kindred Spirits" Volume or Appendix.
• Bob Dean.md + CIA and NATO Insights on Multiple Extraterrestrial Civilizations.md — Together these constitute a primary-source anchor for the cosmic-context claim. The 1964 NATO Assessment document, and its four conclusions, deserve their own Card as a referenceable historical artifact.
