The Covenant Stack
The covenantal / legal architecture of the New Civilization.
Four nested layers, from most foundational to most operational:

The New Covenant — the foundational agreement between humanity, the Cosmos, and ONE. The agreement to enter into Right Relationship with all that is, in service of Creator's Intent. Not a legal document. A sacred commitment, freely entered.

The LIØNSBERG Constitution — the constitutional principles that flow from the Covenant. The deep structural commitments by which a Body of LIØNSBERG (whether one Circle or the Planetary Grid) constitutes itself. Includes the Divine Rights and Moral Responsibilities of Every Being, the Declaration of Interdependence, and the InterCosmic Treaty of Non-Subjugation.

The LIØNSBERG Code — the operational rules that flow from the Constitution. The how-we-actually-do-this. Includes the Field of Agreements, the protocols, the practices, the disciplines by which Circles and Communities live the Constitution day to day.

The LIØNSBERG Agreements — the specific covenants that any given Circle, Community, or Federation enters into. Local. Particular. Drawing from the Field of Agreements but adapted to the specific people, place, and time.
This four-layer Covenant Stack is not a top-down legal system. Each layer is entered voluntarily, by mutual consent, and may be exited by withdrawal of consent. The Covenant is the deepest level a being affirms. The Agreements are the most local level. Each is sovereign within its scale (see Fractal Sovereignty).
This concept lives canonically inside The LIØNSBERG Pattern Language (Volume II) and is referenced throughout The LIØNSBERG Playbook (Volume IV).
