Range: "Set Your Cadence.md" through "The Core Concepts.md" — 120 root files Auditor pass: Phase 2.7, Whole-of-Wiki Review, Cards-first (Pirsig method) Date: 2026-05-19

I. Coverage

The range contains a heavy "S → T → The X" sweep with five recognizable clusters:

1. Playbook Plays (S-range) — Set Your Cadence, Share Your Stories of Transformation, Stacking Up and Aligning [Circles | Quests | Communities Into Bioregions]. Already-developed Playbook canon in finished prophetic-operational voice. These are siblings to Properly Structure Your Circles, Set Your Cadence, Pass The Flame. The plays exist as a network with consistent navigation footers (The next play is X / See The Architecture of The Playbook).

2. Foundational Concept Stubs (S-range) — Society, Sovereignty, Sovereigns, Sovereign, Spirit, Spirituality, Source, Stewards, Stewardship, Stigmergy, Synergy, System, Systems, Systems Thinking, Structure, Strategy, Success. Many of these are old, "LIONSBERG System"-voiced encyclopedia entries that read like ChatGPT-era expansions (lists of 5 with bolded headers). Mixed quality.

3. Twelve Irreducible Elements (S-range) — Sovereignty At Every Scale and Structural Immunity are full-bodied Pattern Language canon entries with cross-references to AA, Mondragon, Swiss Confederation, Kibbutz, Benedictines. These are mature, finished, and clearly part of the Codex.

4. Templates (T-range) — 15 template files covering Agreements (Group/Group, Self-Eternal, Self-Temporal, One and All-Eternal, One and All-Temporal, Collaborate, Between Groups, With Group), Analysis, Field of Agreements, Group, Navigation Chart, PM Navigation Meeting, Pattern Language (Detailed + Simple stub), Project, Rules of Participation, Seasonal OmniSpection, Values Pattern Language, Vision and Purpose. These are operational instruments, not Cards. They belong in an Appendix / Toolkit volume.

5. Origin-Era Spring 2024 / Movement History (S-range) — Spring 2024 Experiment (very long roster, 451 lines), Social Experiment, Social Dimensions. These are private operational logs / participant trees. They contain ~150 personal names, contact-rolodex content, and the empirical trace of the Fibonacci pattern. Archive material, not Cards.

6. The X Cluster (positions 939–960) — 22 files. Mixed: some major canonical Cards (The Caves, The 300, The 7 Year Window of Crisis and Opportunity, The 7 Year Window of Preparatory Work and Learning, The 3 Year Lag, The 144 Gates of Initiation, The Battle, The Body, The Chasm, The Commander And The Soldier, The Competition to Save the World, The Anunnaki, Elohim, and the Genetic Engineering of Humanity), some are pointer-stubs (The "Way", The Aim, The Arrow, The Context, The Core Concepts), and some are operational documents (The Code Of Integrated Delivery, The Better Future We All Know Is Possible).

Quality is heterogenous: about 18 of the 120 are full-bodied Cards. About 35 are encyclopedia-style stubs in old voice. About 18 are pointer/redirect pages. About 15 are templates. About 5 are archival logs. Roughly 30 are mixed or transitional.

All 15 Template files form a coherent toolkit. They are not Cards in the Sacred Codex sense. They should live in a Volume dedicated to operational practice and self-governance instruments:

V. Coherence Observations

1. The Twelve Irreducible Elements are partially canonized as standalone Cards

Two of the twelve (Sovereignty At Every Scale = #3, Structural Immunity = #8) live as full Pattern Language pages with a consistent footer: One of the [[Twelve Irreducible Elements]] of [[The Core Pattern]]. See [[Ring 1 - The Seed]] and [[Ring 2 - The Pattern Unfolded]] in [[LIØNSBERG 101]]. This is a strong, mature template. All twelve elements should follow this same Card pattern. R-8 confirmed two of them in this range. The remaining ten are presumably scattered across the wiki.

2. The "Stacking Up and Aligning" plays form a coherent quintet

Stack Up And Align (pointer) → Stacking Up And Aligning (concept) → Stacking Up and Aligning Circles (Circles → Tribes → Guilds → Communities) → Stacking Up and Aligning Quests (portfolio coordination) → Stacking Up and Aligning Communities Into Bioregions (watershed federation). The empty Stacking Up and Aligning Your Circles Into Communities.md (title only) needs either deletion or filling, as it duplicates content already in Stacking Up and Aligning Circles.md. Recommendation: delete the empty file; the others form one cohesive Card "The Stacking Pattern" with sub-sections by scale.

3. Sovereignty has at least 5 overlapping articulations

Sovereign (pointer), Sovereigns, Sovereignty, Sovereignty At Every Scale, A New Sovereignty, Sovereign, Autonomous, And Coordinated Groups. The most recent / most mature is Sovereignty At Every Scale (Card #3). Sovereignty.md contains the strongest multidimensional articulation (Individual / Community / Planetary / Cosmic). Recommendation: Sovereignty At Every Scale becomes the master Card; Sovereignty.md content (the four-dimensional aspects + path) gets folded in as the "Sovereignty Stack" sub-section; the others redirect.

4. Templates do not all belong in the root

Fifteen Template For X files in the root creates noise in the alphabetical index. They are operational instruments serving Field of Agreements, Circles, Projects, Pattern Language articulation, etc. Recommendation: relocate to Templates/ subdirectory and link from Toolkit/Appendix. This is purely organizational; their content is valuable.

5. The Spring 2024 Experiment file contains both Cards and PII

The file contains the canonical empirical proof of the Fibonacci pattern (cycle data, acceptance rates, gap-week dynamics) — this is a Card. It also contains ~150 named individuals with their introducer/invited-by chains — this is a personal rolodex. The two should be separated. The Card holds the lessons; the rolodex is archive (and may include privacy considerations).

6. The 144 Gates Card has self-acknowledged architectural drift

The first lines of The 144 Gates of Initiation.md contain a "Program Note" by the author: "The idea of tying this to a three year cycle will move far too slow. We will unbound from Time to enable each individual and circle to move through at its own rhythm." Then the file proceeds to use 3-year framing throughout, and includes a "TKTK Integrate Into Above" mid-document where two different attempts at the Movement-Gates structure exist back-to-back. The Card needs a structural pass: pick one of the two articulations and merge the other in. The Coda — "When the Bridge is crossed, the Mountain rises. When the 144th Gate is sealed, the Sacred Ascent begins." — is canonical and beautiful.

7. "The X" naming convention is canonical in some cases, false-canonical in others

Stable canonical "The X" names (keep): The Caves, The 300, The 144 Gates of Initiation, The 7 Year Window of Crisis and Opportunity, The 3 Year Lag, The Battle, The Body (metaphor), The Charge Of The Receiver, The Chasm, The Commander And The Soldier, The Competition to Save the World, The Code Of Integrated Delivery.

Alternative articulations of other-named concepts (consider rename or redirect):

• The "Way" — alternative articulation of The Way
• The Aim / The Arrow — metaphor pair; could be folded into a single Card "The Aim and The Arrow"
• The Better Future We All Know Is Possible — a "Word Tool" pointer
• The Context — pure pointer to a different book's chapters

8. Three sub-domains of voice tension in this range

Voice 1 — Mature prophetic-operational (Set Your Cadence, Share Your Stories of Transformation, Sovereignty At Every Scale, Structural Immunity, The 300, The Caves, The Commander And The Soldier, the Stacking trilogy). This is the LIONSBERG voice in its full form.

Voice 2 — Old encyclopedic-system-documentation (Society, Sovereigns, Stewards, Stewardship, Strategy, Spirit, Spirituality, Spread The Word, Stories, Systems Thinking). Bullet-list pedagogy, often signaling "ChatGPT or 2022-era Lionsberg System". Mostly stub-class but the underlying concepts are sometimes important.

Voice 3 — UnVeiling/hypothesis register (The Anunnaki Elohim, Steven Greer, partially Sovereignty's cosmic section). Speculative, archetype-as-fact, multi-species references. This voice carries the Cosmic Wildlife risk — species-as-categorical-enemy framing. Per voice discipline: needs careful epistemic labeling (hypothesis, not fact) and avoidance of species-as-monolithic-enemy framing.

9. The Shalom file is the most acute source-elevation concern in R-8

Shalom.md is essentially "Shalom as a Judaic concept, with a final paragraph noting universal aspiration." Per voice discipline (no source-elevation, no religion-elevation), this needs inversion: the universal concept of integrated peace as the outward manifestation of Love should be primary; the Hebrew/Judaic etymology should be one entry in a comparative inventory alongside Salaam, Mu (Hindu), Shanti, Pax, Heiwa, Inner Light, etc. The current framing reads "Shalom (Jewish concept) which others may find resonant" rather than "Integrated peace, which many cultures have named."

10. The Anunnaki/Elohim Card is structurally the most complete piece of "The Great UnVeiling" architecture in this range

It uses a clear 7-part discipline: Official Narrative → Discrepancies → Suppressed Evidence → Likely Truth → Hidden Motive/Mechanism of Control → Guardrails Encountered → Apocryphal Corridors. This 7-part frame is itself a Card — "The UnVeiling Discipline" or "How to UnVeil Anything." It also flags the species-as-categorical-enemy risk: the Anunnaki, Yahweh, Watchers are described in monolithic-faction language. The Card itself notes that some factions sought to uplift, others to enslave — good — but the framing risks collapsing back to "the Anunnaki did X" rather than "certain Anunnaki factions did X." Per Cosmic Wildlife guidance, the species labels need consistent factional/individual specificity rather than monolithic-species claims.

11. "From the Source of Life" formulations in this range

The phrase "the Source and Sustainer of life" / "Sovereignty flowing directly from the Source of Life" appears in Sovereigns, Superordinance, Source. These align with ØNE but use varying formulations: "Source", "the Source", "Source of Life", "Ultimate Reality", "the Creator", "the ONE and Only Source." Recommendation: standardize on [[ØNE]] as the canonical pointer, with Source as one of its accepted name-articulations.

12. The Code of Integrated Delivery is a hidden gem

This file articulates the four behavioral pillars (Collaboration, Trust, Commitment Based Management, Continuous Improvement) and frames them as pragmatic strategies, not social engineering — "behaviors are valuable because they lead to the collaboration that is necessary to make any complex project successful." This is the operational counterpart to Structural Immunity. The two together (Structure + Code) form a complete governance Card pair.

VI. Files That Struck Me

1. Spring 2024 Experiment.md — This 451-line file is the most emotionally striking in R-8. It is the actual rolodex of the people who said yes during the only confirmed Fibonacci run. The data validates the math. It also contains the moment in the file: "In the end, despite an 80%+ Lionsberg Acceptance Rate of The Invitation, the Spring 2024 Lionsberg Co-Creators lacked the leadership, clarity and commitment required to become, out of many, ONE Body." This is the empirical finding that drove the redesign of the Playbook, the structuring of Circles, the focus on cadence and commitment cycles. This is the proof-text of why Set Your Cadence and Properly Structure Your Circles exist.

2. The Commander And The Soldier.md — A short parable, fully realized, with the punch line: "The Great Battle is not against an enemy that is 'out there'. Winning The Great Battle requires first winning the battle within. The battle for our own souls, our own integrity, our own coherence." This is canonical wisdom literature, on par with the strongest passages from the Book.

3. The Caves.md — Even though there is an authoritative version at 1.5 The Caves, this root file contains the Spirit-dialogue and the vomiting passage. "It is nearly impossible to hear My Voice while you are mindlessly repeating the empty words of the Keeper of your Cave." The visceral physical detail (pale grey vomit cascading onto pale grey bodies uttering pale grey words) is canonical and irreplaceable.

4. Structural Immunity.md — The cleanest example in R-8 of mature Card form. Tables, examples from five different traditions, explicit historical immunizations to six predictable diseases, terminal connection to the Twelve Irreducible Elements footer. This is the model other Cards should follow.

5. The 144 Gates of Initiation.md — Architecturally ambitious; spiritually charged. But structurally drifting: two parallel attempts at the Movement-Gates structure are stacked in the file, with a "TKTK Integrate Into Above" marker between them. The author's own opening Program Note already moves to unbind it from a 3-year cycle. This is one of the most important files in the wiki and one of the most in-progress. The Coda — "When the Bridge is crossed, the Mountain rises. When the 144th Gate is sealed, the Sacred Ascent begins. Thus Heaven and Earth are re-joined, and the Great Work continues forever." — is a strong candidate for canonical quotation in the LIONSBERG Pattern Language.

6. The Anunnaki, Elohim, and the Genetic Engineering of Humanity.md — Most ambitious UnVeiling Card in R-8. Provides a clean 7-part epistemic discipline that could be extracted as a meta-Card "The UnVeiling Method." Also exposes the species-as-categorical-enemy risk most acutely; needs careful factional specificity rather than monolithic-species claims.

7. Template For Seasonal OmniSpection.md — The only template that reads as itself prophetic. Seven-fold framework (Orientation, Perception, Warning, Emergence, Integration, Consecration, Transmission). "To See Rightly is to Act Wisely." This is itself a practice Card, not just a template.

8. Successor.md — The unusual achievement of combining technical AEC project management (Predecessor → Successor → Critical Path → Network of Commitments) with the deep spiritual claim that everything is a Successor to the decision to begin. "Seek First the Kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto you." The MEMORY note's flag on "Predecessors" being a technical term (not a typo) is well-supported by this file.

9. The Competition to Save the World.md — Names a phenomenon that almost no other movement document names directly: the well-intentioned saviors competing rather than aligning. This is structurally one of the most important diagnostic Cards because it explains why the Pattern Language matters more than yet-another-movement.

10. The 7 Year Window of Crisis and Opportunity.md — Only 9 lines, but contains the timeline-bearing sentence: "If we fail to capture the opportunity in this window of time, it is not obvious that it will remain open in future decades or generations." This is the load-bearing claim of the entire Strategy. The temporal architecture (7 + 3 + 10 + 20 contingency) is canonical.

11. Shalom.md — Striking precisely because it shows the discipline gap. Pre-discipline articulation treats Shalom as a Judaic concept with universal resonance. Post-discipline articulation would treat integrated peace as the universal phenomenon that many cultures have named, of which Shalom is one. A useful diagnostic file for the source-elevation issue.

12. Sovereignty At Every Scale.md — The Selectively Permeable Membrane sub-section is one of the most architecturally elegant images in the whole Pattern Language. Living cell biology mapped onto sovereign-domain architecture. The image "The membrane is the cell wall of the superorganism. Without it, sovereignty is rhetoric. With it, sovereignty is architecture." is canonical.

VII. Summary of Recommendations (no edits made per instructions)

• High-value net-new Cards to queue: ~26 (see Section II)

Coherence pattern: R-8 confirms the wiki contains roughly two parallel articulations of most concepts — an older "Lionsberg System" encyclopedic voice (2021–2023) and a newer mature prophetic-operational voice (2024–2026). The new Cards consistently appear in finished form for high-priority concepts (Playbook plays, Twelve Elements, strategic timeline). The old voice persists for second-tier concepts. The R-8 distillation work is largely about retaining the seed-concept from the old voice while bringing it into the mature voice — not about discarding old material, but about transmuting it.
