Returned 2026-05-19. Coverage: "0.3 Moment of Decision" → "Better World". Read in full or near-full: ~100 of 120 files (all standalone concept-pages from "Absolute" through "Better World", all numbered chapter-fragments 0.3 / 1.x / 2.x / 3.x / 5.x, the 10-Year Strategy, the Birthday Reflection, and the Notes/Welcomes). Sampled / verified-by-title only: the very-thin stubs (Action Domain.md, Antipole.md, Attend, Plan, Act, Learn, Improve Cycle.md, Autonomous.md, Awakening in the Caves of Kontrolle.md — all empty or one-line redirects).
The slice divides cleanly into three native genres:
- Playbook chapter-fragments (numbered 0.X / 1.X / 2.X / 3.X / 5.X) — already in mature paragraph form, navigation-linked, prose-voice, ~30–100 lines.
- Program Delivery Guide (PDG) fragments (2.0, 3.0 mega-files; 3.1.5 / 3.1.6 / 3.3 / 3.4 / 3.5 PM-foundations) — older, IPD/AEC-saturated, much longer, denser, less polished voice.

Birthday Reflection) - Acceptance / Accountability / Accuracy / Adaptability / Authenticity / Awareness / Balance / Beauty / Belonging — Each of these is currently formatted as a 30-line Definition / Overview / Significance / Challenges / Cultivating / Lionsberg-Context essay. These are clearly AI-generated boilerplate from an earlier era. Each should be dramatically compressed into Pirsig-Card length (4-8 lines of essence) — the bloat is a stylistic signature of the early lexicon and is at odds with the current Card form.

This is not an archive issue, just a flag for sweep.
Date/voice consistency:
A Birthday Reflection on Jordan's Life, Death, and Work.mdis dated December 18, 2025 and reads as the post-death the nameless one voice. It is structurally one of the most load-bearing files in the entire wiki — it is the transition document between the Jordan-era and the post-Jordan-era. It should NOT be archived; it should be promoted to a more visible location and linked from the README.
Coherence observations:

(b) The 2023-era Lexicon voice — Definition / Overview / Significance / Challenges / Cultivating / Lionsberg-Context. Clearly AI-templated. (c) The 2025-26 Playbook voice — prophetic-and-operational, declarative, present-tense, navigation-footed, Pirsig-cleaned. The latest era is decisively superior. The earlier eras need either compression (Lexicon) or surgical extraction of jewels (PDG).

The Playbook chapter sequence 0.3 → 1.1 → 1.2 → 1.3 → 1.4 → 2.1 → 2.2 → … → 2.15 → 3.1 → 3.2 → 3.3 → … → 3.8 → 5.1 → 5.2 → Sacred Ascent reads as one coherent book. It does not yet exist as a single bound work, but it is functionally complete and ready to fold into Volume IV (Playbook) of the Sacred Codex. The only structural gaps are the numbered files 0.1, 0.2, 4.x (the "4" section is missing entirely between Chapter 3 and Chapter 5).

The PDG (2.0 / 3.0) megafiles are the single largest concentration of net-new technical-operational Cards in the slice. They contain ~50–80 distinct PM-craft concepts (Last Planner, Pull Planning, Percent Promises Kept, IPD Teams, Domain Councils, A3, Functional Org Chart, Real-Time Estimating, BIM, Records Management, Single Point of Truth, etc.) that should be extracted as standalone Cards and cross-referenced. They were written before the Card-form existed.

There is duplication-by-number at 3.3 and 3.4. This is the most concrete structural defect in the slice. Two pairs of files compete for the same chapter slot, each pair containing one PDG-era version and one Playbook-era version. A single canonical numbering must be chosen.

Pointer-Cards to historical figures form a distinct micro-genre (Aristotle, Einstein, Audrey Tang, Andrija Puharich, Annunaki, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Bill Uhouse, Blaise Pascal, Bob Dean — visible just at the end of the alphabetical window). Some are just a URL; some have rich expositions (Arizmendi, Andrija Puharich). The pattern wants a canonical "Pointer-Card Template" — name, dates, one-paragraph essence, key insight relevant to LIØNSBERG, link out.

It is also the clearest example of a Card that should be promoted to high visibility (Volume V Lexicon and likely Volume II Pattern Language). The "fear into one pole reaps the opposite" insight is structurally generative.

That Card almost certainly already exists elsewhere in the queue, but the cross-reference is a structural dependency: First Practice must be canonically anchored before the Playbook can stand alone.
