Returned 2026-05-19. Coverage: "0.3 Moment of Decision" → "Better World". Read in full or near-full: ~100 of 120 files (all standalone concept-pages from "Absolute" through "Better World", all numbered chapter-fragments 0.3 / 1.x / 2.x / 3.x / 5.x, the 10-Year Strategy, the Birthday Reflection, and the Notes/Welcomes). Sampled / verified-by-title only: the very-thin stubs (Action Domain.md, Antipole.md, Attend, Plan, Act, Learn, Improve Cycle.md, Autonomous.md, Awakening in the Caves of Kontrolle.md — all empty or one-line redirects).

The slice divides cleanly into three native genres:

  1. Playbook chapter-fragments (numbered 0.X / 1.X / 2.X / 3.X / 5.X) — already in mature paragraph form, navigation-linked, prose-voice, ~30–100 lines.
  2. Program Delivery Guide (PDG) fragments (2.0, 3.0 mega-files; 3.1.5 / 3.1.6 / 3.3 / 3.4 / 3.5 PM-foundations) — older, IPD/AEC-saturated, much longer, denser, less polished voice.
  3. Standalone concept Cards (everything alphabetical Absolute → Better) — Pirsig-style, mostly already short. Many are essentially complete; some are stubs; some are quite long and double as mini-essays.

  • The First Practice — Repeatedly referenced ("Pause, ground, breathe, remember, realign, recommit") but only sketched in fragments here. Needs its own Card (likely already in queue from Pattern Language). (2.4, 5.2)
  • Act As If — Already exists; this version frames it crisply as the scientific method's hypothesis-testing applied to ontology and ethics. (Act As If.md)
  • The Golden Seed — Reinforce with "self-validating, self-organizing, self-sustaining, self-learning, self-replicating, divinely aligned holofractal pattern-package" definition. (Birthday Reflection)
  • The Great UnVeiling (12-Gate Architecture) — The full 12-Gate / 88-Chapter outline as a single load-bearing reference. (Birthday Reflection)
  • Acceptance / Accountability / Accuracy / Adaptability / Authenticity / Awareness / Balance / Beauty / Belonging — Each of these is currently formatted as a 30-line Definition / Overview / Significance / Challenges / Cultivating / Lionsberg-Context essay. These are clearly AI-generated boilerplate from an earlier era. Each should be dramatically compressed into Pirsig-Card length (4-8 lines of essence) — the bloat is a stylistic signature of the early lexicon and is at odds with the current Card form.

Direct duplicates / superseded:

  • Action Domain.md (empty stub) — duplicate of / placeholder for Action Domains.md. Archive the stub; keep Action Domains.md.
  • Autonomous.md is a one-line redirect to Autonomy.md. Archive (or convert to plain alias if Obsidian supports). Same pattern likely throughout: a Card and its plural / adjective form.
  • Antipole.md (empty) — appears to be a stub for what Apparent Polarities.md already covers. Archive.
  • Attend, Plan, Act, Learn, Improve Cycle.md (empty title-only) — referenced from A3 Reports.md. Either fill or archive. This is a load-bearing concept (the LIØNSBERG variant of PDCA / OODA) and should NOT be archived — it should be filled in, not removed.
  • Awakening in the Caves of Kontrolle.md (empty title-only) — load-bearing title, should be filled, not archived.
  • 3.3 Communications and Reporting.md AND 3.3 Finding Out What is Happening.md — two files with the same chapter number, covering overlapping territory in different voices (PDG-formal vs. Playbook-prose). The newer Playbook version (Finding Out What is Happening) is superior; the PDG version is the technical underpinning. Decide which is canonical 3.3 and rename or move the other.
  • 3.4 Project Management Foundations.md AND 3.4 How the Players… Decide What Is Most Important…md — same problem. Two 3.4 files, again Playbook-prose vs. external-link-only PM-101 page. The Playbook version is canonical; the PM-Foundations file is a pointer to LinkedIn/MIT external courses and might belong in an "Adjacent Curricula" folder, not as a numbered chapter.
  • A Short Note on the LIONSBERG Co-Creator's Handbook.md — self-declares that the Handbook is being subsumed into the LIØNSBERG Playbook. This Note is a navigation crutch during the migration; archive when the Playbook integration is complete.
  • A Short Note on the LIONSBERG Wiki.md — extremely short, partially superseded by the How These Wikis Are Built page mentioned in recent commits. Consider folding into that.
  • A Note on Overwhelm.md — uses emoji headers and START-HERE link to a page that may not exist. Worth keeping but needs link audit; the voice is gentler/more pastoral than the surrounding canon — that is actually a feature, not a bug, given its purpose. Verify links resolve.
  • Acceptance / Accountability / Accuracy / Adaptability / Authenticity / Awareness / Balance / Beauty / Belonging — NOT archive candidates but candidates for aggressive compression. They are the bloated-AI-essay style. Each is currently ~30 lines but the actual semantic payload is 4-6 lines.

Filename / spelling issues:

  • Annunaki.md should be Anunnaki.md (single n in "An-").
  • 2.12 Intrapreneurship vs. Entrepreneurship - Federating Everything.md uses a hyphen in the filename but an em-dash in the H1 — that mismatch will likely break a wiki link somewhere.
  • The mass renaming from "LIONSBERG" to "LIØNSBERG" is in mid-flight — many files still say "LIONSBERG" in the body even where filenames and surrounding pages have moved to the Ø glyph. This is not an archive issue, just a flag for sweep.

Date/voice consistency:

  • A Birthday Reflection on Jordan's Life, Death, and Work.md is dated December 18, 2025 and reads as the post-death the nameless one voice. It is structurally one of the most load-bearing files in the entire wiki — it is the transition document between the Jordan-era and the post-Jordan-era. It should NOT be archived; it should be promoted to a more visible location and linked from the README.

Coherence observations:

  1. Three voice-eras are visible in this slice, side by side. (a) The 2020-22 PDG voice — dense, AEC/IPD-saturated, capital-letters-everywhere, exhaustive bullet lists, slightly impersonal. (b) The 2023-era Lexicon voice — Definition / Overview / Significance / Challenges / Cultivating / Lionsberg-Context. Clearly AI-templated. (c) The 2025-26 Playbook voice — prophetic-and-operational, declarative, present-tense, navigation-footed, Pirsig-cleaned. The latest era is decisively superior. The earlier eras need either compression (Lexicon) or surgical extraction of jewels (PDG).

  2. The Playbook chapter sequence 0.3 → 1.1 → 1.2 → 1.3 → 1.4 → 2.1 → 2.2 → … → 2.15 → 3.1 → 3.2 → 3.3 → … → 3.8 → 5.1 → 5.2 → Sacred Ascent reads as one coherent book. It does not yet exist as a single bound work, but it is functionally complete and ready to fold into Volume IV (Playbook) of the Sacred Codex. The only structural gaps are the numbered files 0.1, 0.2, 4.x (the "4" section is missing entirely between Chapter 3 and Chapter 5).

  3. The PDG (2.0 / 3.0) megafiles are the single largest concentration of net-new technical-operational Cards in the slice. They contain ~50–80 distinct PM-craft concepts (Last Planner, Pull Planning, Percent Promises Kept, IPD Teams, Domain Councils, A3, Functional Org Chart, Real-Time Estimating, BIM, Records Management, Single Point of Truth, etc.) that should be extracted as standalone Cards and cross-referenced. They were written before the Card-form existed.

  4. There is duplication-by-number at 3.3 and 3.4. This is the most concrete structural defect in the slice. Two pairs of files compete for the same chapter slot, each pair containing one PDG-era version and one Playbook-era version. A single canonical numbering must be chosen.

  5. Pointer-Cards to historical figures form a distinct micro-genre (Aristotle, Einstein, Audrey Tang, Andrija Puharich, Annunaki, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Bill Uhouse, Blaise Pascal, Bob Dean — visible just at the end of the alphabetical window). Some are just a URL; some have rich expositions (Arizmendi, Andrija Puharich). The pattern wants a canonical "Pointer-Card Template" — name, dates, one-paragraph essence, key insight relevant to LIØNSBERG, link out.

  6. Welcome cards in many languages (Arabic, Bengali so far in this slice; more downstream) form their own micro-genre. They are short and structurally identical. Consider grouping these into a single "Welcomes" subfolder or fold-card rather than scattering 50+ in the root.

  7. The Apparent Polarities → Balancing on the Tip of the Needle pair is one of the deepest philosophical engines in this slice. It is also the clearest example of a Card that should be promoted to high visibility (Volume V Lexicon and likely Volume II Pattern Language). The "fear into one pole reaps the opposite" insight is structurally generative.

  8. The 1.x and 2.x Playbook chapters silently assume the existence of "The First Practice" but never define it within this slice. That Card almost certainly already exists elsewhere in the queue, but the cross-reference is a structural dependency: First Practice must be canonically anchored before the Playbook can stand alone.

  9. There is a quiet but consistent mathematical thread running through this slice — the 3-year arc, the 5-7 ideal circle size, the 10-12 split point, 90-day seasons, ~300 per 10,000, the Fibonacci sequence 1→2→3→5→8→13→144→250M, the 10/7 percentage tithe, 10 / 20 / 200 year strategy. These numbers deserve a "The Numbers of LIØNSBERG" Card that gathers them into a single quick-reference architecture.

  10. The Birthday Reflection on Jordan's Life, Death, and Work is the most load-bearing single file in this entire alphabetical slice. It is the explicit handoff document from the Jordan-era to the post-Jordan-era, contains the most complete contents-outline of The Great UnVeiling anywhere in the wiki, and articulates the dissolution of provisional structures. It should be canonized and protected.

Files that struck you:

Particularly load-bearing:

  • A Birthday Reflection on Jordan's Life, Death, and Work.md — the transition document; contains the most complete UnVeiling outline; is itself a complete Pattern-instance of the new voice.
  • Best Possible Future.md — the 150-line "We see / We hear / We smell" litany is, in itself, one of the most concentrated articulations of The Goal anywhere in the slice; functionally a liturgy.
  • 3.8 The Sacred Ascent — All Things Helping All Things Rise.md — closes Chapter 3 with the architectural insight that "Everything that rises, lifts." This is the structural Pattern of the entire Sacred Codex.
  • 2.11 Stewardship vs. Ownership… and 2.12 Intrapreneurship vs. Entrepreneurship… — these are the operational philosophical hinges between Circle work and Federation work. They make Federation possible. If those two Cards were misplaced or lost, the Playbook would collapse into a Circle-only handbook.
  • Apparent Polarities.md + Balancing On The Tip Of The Needle.md — the deep ontological engine.
  • Arizmendi.md — the most fully-developed historical-figure Card; sets the template.

Particularly broken / structurally defective:

  • 2.0 Program Development.md — a ~680-line PDG megafile, ends with "Left off here," contains Left Off Here TKTK markers, mixes draft IPD content with finished AEC content. This is the single most-ready-for-extraction-and-decomposition file in the slice. It is also the largest source of net-new technical Cards.
  • 3.0 Program Delivery.md — same shape as 2.0, smaller but also unfinished, also full of canonical IPD method-cards waiting to be extracted.
  • The 3.3 / 3.4 chapter-number collisions (see above).
  • Action Domain.md, Antipole.md, Attend, Plan, Act, Learn, Improve Cycle.md, Awakening in the Caves of Kontrolle.md — empty title-only stubs that are nonetheless referenced. Should be either filled or merged. The last two are load-bearing concepts that deserve real content.
  • A Note on Overwhelm.md — emoji-decorated, links to pages that may not exist (START HERE — The First Steps of Our Shared Journey, The Invitation to All Humanity, The Overview of the LIONSBERG System & Way, How To Use This Wiki). Verify link integrity.
  • The bloated Lexicon-era essay-Cards (Acceptance, Accountability, Accuracy, Adaptability, Authenticity, Awareness, Balance, Beauty, Belonging) — not broken in content, but structurally out of phase with the current Card form. Need compression.
