The Spirit and Light of God is within us All. This is the basis of Universal Love, and Universal Rights and Responsibilities.
The Divine Light is received and reflected in varying degrees by each being according to the clarity and enlightenment of its Consciousness, just as each material substance receives and reflects light in its own way, and to its own degree.
This is why diamonds and consciousness of the highest and purest clarity are so prized.
