Just as each person has a unique fingerprint, so too does each person have a unique understanding and Perception of God. This does not mean that there are actually billions of gods, but rather that there are billions of different perceptions of the One Generative Source of All Creation.
Only the very arrogant and ignorant mistake their feeble understanding of Ultimate Reality for God.
Right Relationship to the Absolute is one of Absolute Humility, Awe, and Wonder.
