The idea of a 10% Tithe assumes that ones life is already 100% solely and completely dedicated In Service To God in All Its transcendent and manifest forms. The 10% tithe is meant to facilitate the spiritual, community, cultural, and administrative functions of a people who are already 100% dedicated to God.
