If any aspect of creation does not appear to be actively transforming as part of a living, breathing, vibrating, pulsating energetic Whole, it is only because your Spacetime User Interface is calibrated to too short and small, or long and large, of a setting.
Other Spacetime User Interface settings that allow you to perceive different temporal and spatial dimmensions can be accessed and adjusted through your Consciousness.
