In the Old Testament, God warns Israel not to make any one of them a king.
In the New Testament, Jesus warns his disciples not to make any one of them a priest.
The One message is that we are All kings and priests. Each one who directly and righly relates to the One is sovereign and free.
The Governments and Religions of the Old World were accepted by humanity as if they were Absolute. This is not the Way.
