Religion, like all human systems, is external to Spirit and Consciousness. It is a human creation.
Like elementary school, religion is a human system and structure, ostensibly created to help guide people in the Way towards The Goal, which is the union and right relationship with God that causes life and consciousness to flourish in harmony and abundance.
