If you are building a home, you cannot decide whether to focus on the structural or the mechanical or the electrical elements. A builder must always attend FIRST to the Whole. The builder must think for the Whole, strategize for the Whole, plan for the Whole, Act for the Whole, and learn and improve for the Whole.
