In order for Earth to come to Peace, we must recognize that in some way, each of us is responsible for co-creating our present Reality.
It is purely a human problem, so we the humans, all X billion of us, are responsible for it. There is no "them" to blame, for if All X billion of us linked arms and stood together and did not tolerate "their" behavior, after a short period of Time it would no longer manifest.
