The Lionsberg System of Work is a comprehensive system designed to provide basic solutions to individuals, teams, organizations, and communities for how to effectively organize themselves and accomplish work. This system spans from best practices around aligning intention and vision, analyzing what needs to be done, planning the work, resourcing the work, executing the work, and measuring and reporting on performance. The ultimate goal of the Lionsberg System of Work is to facilitate the integration of each team's output into the larger Lionsberg Integrated Delivery System, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the delivery of of our overarching and uniting goals values, as expressed through the programs and projects of the System.
