The First Tenth

Each Circle is invited — not compelled — to contribute the first tenth of its time and resources to the Commons.

This is the ancient pattern of voluntary tithing, adapted for the New.

It is not a tax. It is not a fee. It is the economic expression of Love ONE. Love One Another. Love All.

From the first tenth freely given by each, the Commons builds what no single Circle could build alone:

• World-class tools available to every Circle, everywhere
• Shared knowledge bases that grow with every Quest completed
• Support for the smallest, most disadvantaged Circles — so that no one is left behind
• Infrastructure that serves All without belonging to any one

The invitation is simple: Give the first tenth freely. Use the rest wisely. Trust the Pattern.

How the Flow Works

At every level of the federation, resources pool and distribute:

• Within a Circle — members share time, skills, and materials for their shared Quest
• Across Circles in a Community — local commons fund shared projects and support struggling Circles
• Across Communities in a Bioregion — regional commons coordinate larger infrastructure and mutual aid
• Across the Federation — the global commons ensures that even the most remote Circle has access to the full power of the network

The principle at every level is the same: Abundance flows from contribution, not accumulation.

Those who have more, give more. Those who need more, receive more. Not by bureaucratic formula — by relationship, by trust, by the living intelligence of a network that knows its own needs.

Over time, as the federation grows, the Commons becomes the most abundant and capable resource network on Earth.

Not because it is centrally managed. Because it is nourished by millions of Circles, each contributing their first tenth, each drawing what they need, each enriching the Whole through their work.
