The working inventory of Patterns surfaced in the LIØNSBERG corpus that are named in source material but not yet drafted as canonical Pattern Cards. This file is the extraction backlog. As each Pattern is drafted, it migrates to the canonical Pattern Language index and is removed from this list (or marked drafted).

This is a working / project document, not canonical Codex content. It serves the practical purpose of tracking what we know needs to exist so the Pattern set can be completed and the Archetypal Guidebooks (Sacred Warrior, future Healer / Steward / Storyteller / etc.) can compose against a complete reference rather than re-articulating wisdom in chapter prose. Patterns Pending — Wiki Books Swarm Survey 2026-05-23 holds the raw landed inventory of ~2,975 Pattern candidates surfaced by the 21-agent swarm. Organized by source-book/domain. Cross-domain synthesis, deduplication, application-folding, and container-vs-Pattern discernment happen in subsequent passes. This file (Patterns Pending Articulation) holds the curated working backlog; the swarm-survey file holds the complete topology.

The Warrior domain is the first Archetype-specific extraction in progress. Parallel extractions for the other ~11 Archetypal Guidebooks (Healer, Steward, Storyteller, Cook, Midwife, Witness, Guardian, Builder, Teacher, Cosmic Diplomat, Elder) will surface additional Patterns; some will be shared (cross-Archetype), some will be Archetype-specific applications.

The meta-Pattern that disambiguates general Patterns from their specific applications has been drafted: General Pattern, Specific Application. Drucker named as one of multiple lineage sources (Christopher Alexander, Drucker, Tao Te Ching, Aristotle, indigenous traditions, IPD/AEC tradition). This Pattern is now the diagnostic by which "is this a new Pattern or a specific application?" is settled.

2. Federation Is Universal, Not Warrior-Specific

The Federation Pattern is universal — already articulated in the Pattern Language as Federation Without Center, Federation Without Subordination, Federate Everything, Holofractal Omnifederation. The Warrior-Healer Pair, Warrior-Teacher Boundary, Warrior-Builder collaboration, etc. are specific applications of these general Patterns at the Guild scale, not separate Patterns. They are referenced from the Sacred Warrior Guidebook chapter prose (composing Patterns), not articulated as new Pattern Cards.

3. Belt Progression Is One Pattern, Verb-Not-Noun

Belts are degrees of a unified coherent progression, not separate Patterns and not categorical states. The verb-not-noun framing the nameless one articulated:

"Oh — we see that you are obviously blue-belting... congratulations... here is recognition."

Belts are recognized embodiments, not awarded ranks. Among practitioners of the Way, belts are granted long after the observation of embodiment of that general level of consciousness and competence. The Pattern name will reflect this: Belt Progression As Recognized Embodiment (working name) — one Pattern, with the recognition discipline as part of its articulation.
